Australian Made Diva
About Australian Made Diva
Australian manufacturing is in decline because of high taxes and the high cost of wages. Cheap imports flood the market here. Some economists even think that we may see the end of the industry within a few years.
Polls show that most Australians would rather pay higher prices for Australian-made goods. They are usually of better quality than many cheap imports. Many Australians are very concerned about the loss of jobs here due to the decline of this industry.
I hope to promote Australian-made and Australian-grown products here. Australian Made Diva will feature interviews with manufacturers and craftspeople and reviews.
